At Grumpy Pencil, we want you to love your wearable art, but if your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is free of any marks or odors.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
